Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Sources Richard R. Verma and Labour Charged Nancy VanHorn met today with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama during the official visit to Tirana.
Details have been suggested through a US Embassy post in Tirana. In response, it writes that they discussed Albania's extraordinary support for Afghan refugees and Ukraine and how vital EU integration is for Albania's future.
Deputy Secretary Verma praised Albania for selecting a compact agreement with the MCC, an opportunity to co-operate in a programme for economic growth as Albania moves towards full European integration.
