Hafizi was arrested in October last year following a series of reports by the Albanian Post, where tens of millions of euros were recorded through the repayment of companies' debt for bottleming of water and beverages in Kosovo.
“You announce that following the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo for continuing the length of the month-long detention period in the criminal case against indictees N. H., the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department on the date 08.01.2025 has made a decision and approved the SPRK's request, so that the detention measure by N indictees. H., it has been continued in length of 1 (one) months, which is estimated from 10,01.2025 to the date 10,02.2025”, says the Pristina Court's response.
