The Foundation Court in Gjilan has assigned the detention measure for a month to father-in-law who allegedly sexually molested the boy's wife.
The news has confirmed the spokesperson for the Foundation Court in Gjilan, Sabit Shkodra.
“U announces that the defendant's (father's) preliminary procedure judge has appointed a 1 month detention measure, while the defendants (the son), has set out the measure of detention with you offered the person at a distance of 200m”, Shkodra told Klaankosova.tv.
On December 30, a woman was sexually assaulted in Lower Livoch of Gjilan, where her husband and father - in - law had been arrested.
