Mitrovica water pipeline chief seen at Vetevendosje rally

Bashkim Kurti, head of the Mitrovica Waterwork, is seen backing the Vetevendosje Movement, participating in a rally organised by this party.

He was close to Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti, and has publicly shown support for party positions and actions, says Democracy.com.

Kurti came from the town of Mitrovica, while several months earlier he had led this company, then led Trepca company and has returned to the same post.

Other candidates have been in the race, while the contest had been repeated several times over the months.

Likewise during today, Fatmir Sadiku, the current director of Trepca, has appeared publicly in support of the Vetevendosje Movement.

Sadiku is known as an individual who has held important positions in three different governments, including Ramush Haradinaj, Albin Kurti and Avdullah Hoti.
