The soldiers of the Latvia and Germany KFOR have conducted patrols today in Zubin Potok.
Through an announcement, KFOR said these patrols were made for ensuring a safe environment for all communities living in Kosovo.
“The Latvian and German soldiers assigned to NATO Mission East Regional Command KFOR have carried out vehicle and walking patrols in Zubin Potok, Kosovo”.
KFOR reiterated that it continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999 to contribute to a secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially.
KFOR said it works in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union's Mission to Rule of Law in Kosovo (EULEX) in their respective roles as security responders.
