Exclusive: Paper where Kosovo government vows KFOR that does not take military to the north
Albin Kurti, through his Defense Minister Ejup Macedonia, has sent him a letter KFOR, which vows it will not send the Kosovo Security Force to the north of the country except with KFOR's permission.

Kurti has said that this pledge to make up even the biggest scandal she has found in former governments.
