(a year ago)European Commission chief Ursula Von Der Leyen had published a video on January 1st in her account at “X”, announcing that Romania and Bulgaria have joined the Schengen Zone. Much had been commented on the profile of Von Der Leyen, one of them was German politician Doris Pack, who had asked the EC chief where the state of Kosovo is on the map.
After promoting such reactions, the video Von Der Leyen had published on January 1st had been deleted on January 2, after receiving about 2 million views.
Regarding this issue, they have spoken from the EU today, saying those images have left, as soon as the map issue was brought to the attention.
“Visual media accounts of the European Commission, which were published to welcome Romania and Bulgaria as full members of the Schengen area, were removed from all platforms once the issue was brought to our attention”, an EU spokesman for Klan Kosova has said.
