The lawyer blames Kosovo Government: She was a spectator and not even supportive of Hasan Dallaj's arrest.

Last night, lawyer Dzevdet Smakqi indicated through a post on social networks the release of former Kosovo Liberation Army member (UÇK), Hasan Dakaj, from year-long detention in Serbia.

I was honored to be a guest in the Dakaj family from Prizren Corisa to celebrate this happy news. Hasan Dajaj has been released after a year from the kidnapping of Serbia's anti-democratic state,” writes the lawyer.

He thanked the Dajaj family for the confidence shown to him in protecting the family's legal interests and added that legal procedures and coverage of expenditures had been met voluntarily by Corisha's fellow citizens.

Smakqi criticised the Kosovo government's inactivity in this case.

Without my wish, we must deepen that the Government of Kosovo was passive and unreserved for Hasan Dakaj's case. All the legal procedures covering proecudaral expenses were voluntary burden from the Corses' fellow citizens”, he wrote.
