Krasniqi: I've seen Wessel send someone to Kletcha

Witness Naser Krasniqi declared before Kosovo Specialised Chambers ( DESK has never seen Kadri Wessel send someone to the detention facility in Kletcha.

“It is true that I've never seen someone send to that center”, Vessel said, reports “Justice bet“.

The Witness said he has been around the Klechka area until the end of the war, until early June 1999.

With the reason that confidential information can be extracted from the witness in the following questions, Wessel's lawyer, Rodney Dixon, requested a private session. This defense request was approved by the court.

Witness says Kadri Wessel has not been involved in any of the decisions on the release or ban of persons in Klecca

(Updated 12:52) Witness Naser Krasniqi said during his testimony at The Hague that Kadri Wessel has not been involved in any of the decisions concerning the detention or release of persons in Klecca.

This, Krasniqi confirmed by answering Kadri Wessel's lawyer, Rodney Dixon's questions.

He also said that Wessel was not involved in any of the investigations in the case of Kromir and in any of the decisions made in this case, and none of the other cases the witness has any knowledge of.

SHIK had nothing to do with the Military Intelligence Service, but with the civilian part, he said.

Krasniqi stressed that after the formation of the Kosovo Interim Government, the transition of Kadri Veselin from ZKZ to SHIK has been possible.

“Such a thing could happen after the formation of the Kosovo Interim Government. Certainly with the formation of the Interim Government (April 1999) has followed such a appointment”, the witness said.

Krasniqi confirmed that he did not receive any orders from Kadri Wessel during wartime.
