Independent Media Commission (KPM), according to the Law for General Elections' legal obligations in the Republic of Kosovo, has issued the KPM-2024/03 Rule for media service providers' obligations during the election campaign.
The announcement reportedly to help the licensed act in accordance with Head V III of the Law on Elections, as well as KPM's Law and Sublegal Acts during the election process in the Republic of Kosovo, The KKP has also drafted a extenuating letter concerning the obligations of Media Services Providers Audiovulele under the KPM-2024/03 Order.
