According to information from the Police Directorate, multiple homicide occurred in the afternoon in Bayice City.
An altercation has been reported at first in a local suburb of the city, after which the suspect pulled out his weapon and shot him.
Police have appealed to Cetinje citizens to be vigilant and stay in their homes, while all available police units are on the ground in search of the author.
