KFOR said these efforts are part of KFOR's daily mission to ensure a safe environment for all communities living in Kosovo.
KFOR reiterated that it continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999 to contribute to a safe environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement, “at any time and impartially”.
KFOR added that it works in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union's Mission to Rule of Law in Kosovo (EULEX) in their respective roles as security responders.
