Innocent accused of killing father and son in Pec is declared

After reading the indictment by prosecutor Joy Vucetaj, the accused Gashi was acquitted of serious murder and attempted murder, while pleaded guilty to unlicensed weapons, reports the “Bet on Justice”.

Afterwards, the defender of the accused Gashi, lawyer Blerim Ademij, proposed to the court to approve the plea for illegal weapons guilty, saying his defender had understood the advantages of admitting guilt.

Prosecutor Vucetaj said that after acknowledging the guilt for the illegal gunkeeping work has been filed with the defendant's defender, and that the accused is aware of the advantages of admitting guilt, he proposed to the Court to approve it.

Justice Nushe Kuka-Mechaj, on the other hand, approved the plea for illegal possession and announced to the accused and his defender, who in the 30-day term by the initial review, has the right to apply for contesting evidence and throwing the indictment.

In contrast, according to the indictment filed on January 13th 2025 by the Founding Prosecutor in Pec, Agron Gashi is charged that on May 22, 2024, in Pec, by direct intent and by uncorrupted retaliation, he has deprived the life now of the late J.B. and J.B., and risking the lives of other persons present-damaged Florim Gashi and Leonis Hoxha.

According to the indictment, since the injured Leonis had earlier communicated with the injured Florim for buying a “car. Golf III” from the latter, they had met in a furnace where Florim had taken his brother's son -- now accused Agron.

The indictment says that after the accused is taken away from there, he quickly returns with a pistol in his hand even despite his attempt to get rid of the weapon, the accused fires a bullet between them on the ground, and when the victims here intervene to pick up the gun from his hand, he shoots at the victim J., in the right chest of his neck and then in the direction of the victim J., which, as a result of the wounds received by J.

With this, it is accused of committing criminal work “grave murder”, by Article 173, par.1, below. 1.5, 1.8 and 1.11 Penal Code.

The Actakuz says that on the same date, time and place, the accused Gashi had attempted to deprive even the injured Jetnis Berisha of his life, having shot him, because he was injured after hearing noise and sighting trouble, had approached the scene. He had suffered serious bodily injuries.

With this, it is accused of committing criminal work “the serious murder remaining in attempted”, by Article 173, par.1, subpar. 1.5, 1.8 and 1.11 regarding Article 28 of the Penal Code.
