Dragusha's defender, lawyer Sabrije Krasniqi, said she has failed to contact Dragusha.
In this indictment, Nagip Krasniqi and Ymer Dragusha are charged with “due to use of the official task”. Krasniqi is also charged with “Statement of official secrecy”. On the other hand, Isuf Zamena is charged with a “Help him commit a criminal offence to official task”. Bauzar in the indictment, Dragusha reached agreement on pleas with the Prosecutor.
