A businessman who sold fruits and vegetables in abundance, 54-year-olds, and his 32-year-old son and is suspected of being involved in a beating with their two employees.

Dad and son allegedly beat up a former employee after they caught him stealing from the grocery store.

Both allegedly were caught and tied to a cold room, where they beat him with a wooden handle. All in the end, he's suspected of getting a pumpkin into the worker's anus.

The officer attacked and, in turn, charged with theft, defended himself by arguing that he was recovering the 5,000 euros his boss owed him.

The case was postponed for February 21st, and the four accused are subject to strict judicial oversight.
