France's MPJD has said that official Paris regrets unilateral closure, since such a decision negatively affects the daily life of Kosovo's Serb population.
Also, such Kosovo Government actions say they jeopardise efforts to normalise reports with Serbia within the dialogue.
“Finance expresses regret for the unilateral closure by the Kosovo government on January 15th of a large number of Serbian administrative structures in Kosovo, which will negatively affect the daily life of Kosovo's Serb population. The Government of Kosovo's unilateral actions jeopardise the prospect of removing measures within the framework of dialogue under the auspices of the European Union”, said in response.
