February 4, 2025 The Specialised Chambers in The Hague will decide on the decision regarding the plea agreement between the Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) and the accused, Ismet Bahitari, Sabit Januzi and Haxhi Shala.
According to the decision, the session will be public, while it is said that after the January 20th report by the DPS Office on the participation of victims and responses by the parties, a person has been accepted as a participating victim in the case.
In addition, the court has decided that the appointment of a lawyer to victims is unnecessary in view of the need to ensure the rapid resolution of procedures and the limited mental damage the victim has experienced, reports the “Justice Trust”.
