What is expected by Peter Sorensen in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue?

EU ambassadors confirmed Sorensen's post of special representative on Friday. The final assessment is expected to give the bloc's foreign ministers Monday, so that it can launch the mandate early in February.
Sorensen has been chosen by the European Union's high representative for foreign policy and security, Kaya Kallas.
The mandate of the current EU minister for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, will be completed on 31 January.
In charge of Lajcak in the process, Kosovo and Serbia have reached the Brussels Base Agreement and the Ohrid annex in 2023, but has not yet found implementation.
