The exchange of territories can this idea turn into Trump's table? Bolton Answers

Donald Trump's former National Security Council John Bolton has talked about whether the idea of exchanging territories between Kosovo and Serbia into Donald Trump's new administration “Look, my former chief, James Baker, who was secretary of state during the George H administration. Look, my former chief, James Baker, who was secretary of state during George H. W. Bush, often told the Middle East that the United States cannot want more peace than the parties themselves. Of course, any territorial overhaul should have full consent on both sides -- Serbia and Kosovo. If one of them agrees and the other does not, then you have no agreement. This is hard. It requires political determination on both sides and has caused concern in other parts of the Balkans”.
“Some say that if there is a territorial overhaul between Serbia and Kosovo, there may be other areas. I don't think that's a legitimate concern. As I said, each side must agree before territorial arrangements occur. And just because it happens between Serbia and Kosovo does not mean it has to happen elsewhere. So I think it's hard enough to reach an agreement only between Serbia and Kosovo, without including the entire Balkans and making things more complicated”, Bolton told A2. CNN.
But do you think Bolton that Trump can get this proposal back on the table?
I think, given his familiarity with this issue at the end of his first term, he can see this as the possibility; now that he has just been inaugurated, he can grant a new credibility. It's not near the end of the term, but it's at its beginning. So, I think if he gets involved, the possibilities for a solution are greater. If not included, then, of course, uncertainty will continue”, Bolton said.
