Kosovo police have fined the 40-year-old driver in the Ferizaj-Pristina magistrate as he was running the wheeled vehicle, writes Insander.
Initially, the police had failed to stop him, but after verifying footage from security cameras, police have been able to identify the vehicle leader, N. RR. (M/K), 40 years old.
