Police have identified the driver of the vehicle, against which he has imposed a fine of 500 euros, five negative points and has stopped driving for a year.
“With the date 23.01.2025 on social media has been published a video incriminating a vehicle running in reverse direction on the “Arben Xhaferi”. The highway control unit in co-operation with Elez Police Station Han has identified the driver who has steered the vehicle in the opposite direction, the same has been fined $500, 5 negative points and has been barred from heading the vehicle for 12 years (12) 12x3>, reported police reporting.
