As Minstria points out, this has been confirmed by US official visit to Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia.
The US support “represents an important pillar for Kosovo's peace, stability and development as a country with Euro-Atlantic vision. Deep gratitude for our permanent ally, the U.S.A., for the continued support and confidence.” The minister of Macedonia was quoted in the post published in 15,01.2025 by the Defence Ministry.
Furthermore, Minister Macedonia added that this “initiative only enhances the operational capabilities of the Kosovo Security Force, but also strengthens our position as a reliable partner in the region and at the wide ends of”.
In 14,01.2025, Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia and KSF Commander Bashkim Jashari, along with the escort delegation during their visit to the US, have been hosted by Deputy Defence Secretary for the US. NATO and Europe, Alton Buland at the United States Department of Defence.
