Court Resigns Presentation Court for Berisha DP, twice a month in front of judicial police officers

Former sports complex “Partizan” is also charged with the privatisation of businessman Fatmir Bektash for active corruption, Jimmy Begey, earth heir and co-owner of “Homeplane” for money laundering, while Andia Pustina, the funder who conducted the financial and legal operations of “Hemplan<5>, is accused of money laundering.

No. 520, the date 30.12.23, of the First Scale Special Court for Corruption and Organised Crime adopted by ruling No. 15 (87-2024-23), 25,2024, of the Special Court of Appeals for Corruption and Organised Crime, with the measure of security “obligation to appear in judicial police”, envisioned by Article 234 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
• The defendant S.B. is ordered. presented before judicial police officer Adelaida Metaj, near the Special Prosecutor against Corruption and Organised Crime, the first and third Monday of every month, 10:00.
