The IKSHPA report says that no reports have been reported or confirmed any other case with MPox.
“The Liynam case has been released from the Infectious Clinic days ago in good health and with additional recommendations for care and health behavior, while in none of the incident's identified contacts, there has been a manifestation of suspicious signs of infection and all have returned to normality after the IKSHPK's regular monitoring period. The IKSHPK continues to constantly monitor the epidemiological situation regarding MPox and other infectious diseases in the country”, the report said.
Ape line spreads through close contact. Usually followed by mild symptoms, but in some cases the virus can be fatal to man.
The virus is followed by symptoms such as flu, as well as rashes filled with salt.
In August, the World Health Organization (OBSH) declared it a global public health emergency.
