The initial session for the four accused of killing Liridona Ademij was postponed for January 31st, at 11:00, due to claims by defence lawyers that they had not received all files and files evidence.

The main attention in the courtroom was drawn by the appearance of Naim Mursel, the victim's husband and one of the principal indictees. Unlike the appearance before his arrest, Mursel appeared evidently weakened and haird very briefly, pointing to a marked physical transformation.
At the Liridona family session, he said he believes in justice and hopes the judgment will be “efficient, professional, without mistakes, without delay and transparent”.
On January 15th of this year, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina announced that he has filed charges against four people in the killing of 30-year-old Ademiaj.
Liridona Ademiaj was killed on November 29th 2023, on the “Dalip Alshiqi” road in Pristina.
The case had initially been reported as <x0bbites with the consequences of killing”, but two days later the authorities had arrested two people. Among them was Liridon's husband, Naim Mursel.
The other indictees are the Cocalla, Granit Plava, and a fourth person whose name was not mentioned by prosecutors when they announced the establishment of the indictment.
