Kosovo Democratic Party Secretary-General (PDK) Vlora Citaku has criticised the current government led by the Vetevendosje Movement, accusing it of avoiding debates and of fighting different opinions.
In Debat Plus, Citaku stressed that political debate has been avoided not only by the Assembly of Kosovo, but also by television studios and public spaces, leaving a vacuum for citizens seeking clarity and accountability.
It's an open battle that this government has declared to anyone who doesn't think like them. These guys don't want to rule, which is a four-year commitment they've proven they don't even know. These guys want submission. They have avoided debate in the Kosovo Parliament as well. The last time I was here, I said we're running everywhere; they're running away from our TV studios, we're leaving the Kosovo Assembly, they're running away from the debate, they're running away from us and they're running away from you”, Citaku said.
