The CEC rewarded the AL Dushi company with tenders for carrying voter material at twice the price and without meeting the criteria required

“AL Dushi”, an irresponsible company, has managed to receive tenders from the Central Election Commission for delivering voter materials through deployments to Kosovo embassies worldwide and return ballot visits to Kosovo, without meeting the required criteria, Report Express.

The Express newspaper, which has had access to these documents, has learned that this company has not submitted tender insurance as a guarantee, as requested in the application form, nor has it specified that it offers the international diplomatic mail service, as requested in the specific case.

Voter materials and balloting, this company will carry commercial flights.

The CEC's Procurement Department has made serious concessions to this technical operator, who has not submitted the tender's security to 5,000.00 euros worth of 120 days, as requested by the Tent Data Paper (FTD).

The tender specifys the demand that the economic operator be authorised by one of the international companies to provide international diplomatic remittances services from and to Kosovo. “A L Dushi” would have to hand over the contract, agreement or authorisation for offering diplomatic postal services, which he has not done. This company has offered only one authorization from the UPS company, which does not specify that it offers diplomatic postal services in Kosovo.

“AlDashi” has taken no responsibility for the deadlines for the delivery of voting materials and balloting.
