CEC approves election ballots

But, at the CEC meeting, there has not been a recommendation for sharing tools for political subjects.

The director of the Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control of Political Subjects has said the office has analysed this recommendation, where from January 1st to January 9th it will divide the means for political subjects.

“All 14 political subjects benefit, the office recommends the CEC doing the budget sharing for two months, the office has analysed other legal acts where the 10 per cent amount for parliamentary groups recommends split from January 1st to January 9th. In this regard the office recommends that the means be separated from the fund. According to the recommendation the political subjects that would benefit are: Vetevendosje Movement 353,898.31 euros, PDK 115,932,20euro, LDK 91,525.42 euros, SRPSka LISTA 54,915.25 euros, AAK 48,813.56 euros, KOSOVA DEMOKRAAK T ♫RK PART unjustly ) 12,203.39 euros, etc..”, Buzhala said.

CEC member Alban Krasniqi has recommended that the amount shared for each political subject be divided, not as a total one.

“Although it may recommend that the Assembly is not active in its work the amount of each subject should be in line as the law sees. I don't think the office has the right to stop a subject. The total of that amount belongs to political subjects, this recommendation or approval to be special to each political object, rather than generally”, Krasniqi has said.

CEC member Sami Kurteshi has claimed to be against this point because he refuses to accept sharing of budgetary means for the Serbian List.

I am against sharing the separate tools of the Serbian List I have given my arguments and my vote is against the division of the means for this subject”, Kurteshi said.
