He also says that Durmish seems to be busy campaigning and that snow has caught him unawares in midwinter.

It's January 11th, winter drop. But Minister Aliu and his subordinate Durmish were caught unawares in midwinter.
Most of the roads in Kosovo are almost unassuming by snow, and this situation is continuing to be the same when we are approaching noon.
Apparently Durmish is busy campaigning and has forgotten that snow is normal and common to fall in January.
