Andy Pajazit is acquitted of murder charges at Bon Vivant, sentenced to 2 years in detention for illegal possession

The Pristina Constitutional Court has acquitted Andy Pajazit of charges of criminal activity “The assassination committed in a state of severe mental shock” regarding the August 2023 murder case at the “Bon Vivant” locale, until it was convicted and sentenced to 2 years in detention for unlicensed weapons.
The chairman of the court said Pajazit's actions are within defence.
This indictment device is issued because there are circumstances that free him from criminal responsibility, the defendant's actions are within the necessary protection”, the judge has declared.
Meanwhile, for gunkeeping he has been sentenced to two years in prison.
“The court conforms to the legal provisions and pronounces prison sentences of 2 years, which will be executed within 15 days”, the judge said.
The act against Pajazit was criminalised “Murder conducted in a state of intense mental shock” lifted on June 21st 2024. Pajaziti was charged for criminal work “The murder committed in the state of severe mental shock” after, according to the Prosecutor, the shock he had received from now on of the late K.R., the accused without his blame and without thinking of the consequences had drawn the weapon and shot in the direction of K.R.
There was also N.L.l., suspected of criminal activity “The same, after a month of this measure, has been suspended from detention, as there was no request from the Prosecutor for continuing detention. On the other hand, Gezim Zakuti and Hisni Gecaj, suspected of involvement in the case, on August 29, 2023, were released from the detention measure. The other suspect in the case, Dukagjin Nikollaj, is on the run.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, on August 5th 2023, announced that all suspects in the case of “Bon Vivant” have criminal past. And Interior Minister Jedal Svecla has made the justice system guilty of killing “Bon Vivant”.
In this case, the Kosovo Hospital Clinical Service and University University had announced that 17 people have been injured, while one of them died as a result of his injuries. The case reportedly occurred as a result of a dispute among the defendants.
Kosovo police had confirmed in the early hours of August 5th that in the incident that had occurred in this local town in downtown Pristina, there are persons injured with firearms, but also from glass fragments.
