The U.S. Embassy in Pristina has lowered the American flag to half-spit, on Black Day after President Jimmy Carter's death.
In a photo published on the social Facebook network, the embassy wrote:
“Faluri at the US Embassy in Pristina is waving in half-point today as we celebrate the National Black Day to honour the 39th president of the United States, James Earl Carter Jr”.
