Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti travelled to Davos, Switzerland, yesterday to attend the World Economic Forum.
And the participation of Prime Minister Kurti at this forum has cost the state budget less than 350 thousand euros.
Two months ago, with a decision by Prime Minister Kurti on behalf of Kosovo's promotion, 350 thousand euros were allocated from the state budget precisely to participate in this forum, or for “participation organisation”, says Infocus newspaper.
According to the decision that Infocus newspaper has secured, this amount is said to have been divided for the freeness of Kosovo's participation in the world economic forum, along with Kosovo House.
The document also states that tools will be carried into the accounts of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Prime Minister Kurti announced yesterday on his official page that on the opening night of this forum, he held talks with Lithuania's Prime Minister Giantatas Paluckas.
“In Davos, in margins of the World Economic Forum as well as the House of Kosovo, we had fruitful talks and exchanges with: Lithuanian Prime Minister Giantatas Paluckas to further deepen bilateral relations and co-operation, and with potential and strategic investors for increased investment opportunities in the energy sector. The first day of stay in Switzerland ended with the opening dinner of the World Economic Forum, and tomorrow we follow up with the signing of the Free Trade Agreement with the EFTA member states”, he wrote.
Until today during the direct day on the prime minister's page has been issued the moment of signing the Free Trade Agreement between the member states ofEFTA and the Republic of Kosovo.
At the signing ceremony, the members ofEFTA and Prime Minister Kurti said this agreement would bring mutual benefits.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that this agreement opens the negotiating chapter of economic reports, but also of advancing trade reports between his country and the members ofEFTA.
The agreement we sign today establishes a framework for trade relations between the states of EFTA and Kosovo, and will create new opportunities by giving Kosovo access to the EFTA markets. Here new export opportunities open for our businesses and deeper integration into the European economic framework, enabling us to compete at a large scale of”, Kurti said during the signing ceremony.
