During action in the area of Rego do Alcalde, authorities seized a three - engine gomone and an unscrew amount of cocaine, as well as other materials linked to drug trafficking.
This is the first case a Balkan-born gang is trying to download drugs directly to the coast of Gallicia.
The investigation also revealed contact with a fishing ship caught in 2023 that carried 7,500 pounds [7,500 kg] of cocaine.
Last week, three Belgians and six Albanians were arrested in Vigo for links to an estimated 10,000kg of cocaine.
