Albania's Foreign Minister, Igli Hasani, has met with Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, with Prime Minister Danys Shmyhal, as well as other Ukrainian officials.
“Disconnected instruments for ratification of the Friendship and Co-operation Agreement between Ukraine and Albania, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding focused on co-operation in European integration. These steps represent significant progress in strengthening relations between our countries and reaffirming our commitment to a strong and sustainable partnership”, Hasani said.
In an X post, he added that Albania “stands firmly with Ukraine on its way to peace, security and European future”.
