Through a video message, Balluk said that, “in this first day of 2025, I wish all Albanians for a good year of health and prosperity and full harmony in their families. Above all, I want to congratulate the employees of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and Dependence companies, which contribute to the energy and infrastructure sector, for all they did during 2024, on promises kept and the goals achieved”.
In 2024 we've marked kiloometric stone for infrastructure. The opening of the Llogora tunnel one of the dreams in the drawer of all governments was completed in 2024 by the Rama government. We will also start working and will hand over one of the most important segments of the Blue Corridor, Thugane -Kashar, which has started to be in use by the end of June 2024, following the contract binding for the next three segments of this corridor and the opening of the international race for the construction of the Milot -Beldre segment from Shkodra and Lezha”, Balluk said.
