Two accused of 26-year-old Prizren murder declared innocent

At the Constitutional Court in Prizren on Monday, at the initial hearing of indictees Enes Ay and Hajrullah Brcanin have been declared innocent in connection with the murder of A. TH.

The statement about the same guilt was made after reading the indictment on the part of the prosecutor, Genc Nijza.

Asked by the head of the court, Raima Elezi, concerning guilty plea, indictees Ay and Brcanin said they do not accept guilt, reports “Justice Vowing”.

The defender of the indictee Brcanin, lawyer Nasmi Mustaf, asked the court to decide on the legality of the detention and proposes to the court that the immediate release of the accused Brcanin at this hearing be ordered, with the reason that the burden of the work he committed is known.

While prosecutor Nijza has rejected lawyer Mustafi's proposal, saying the accused is suspected and accused of 25 criminal acts, which are identified in his criminal past report.
