Obadiah said he was the incarnation of courage and unity.
Therefore, the bright future we work for can never be built without respecting our glorious past, and every step of ours ahead must honor the sacrifice of those who gave everything for our freedom. Colonel Tahir Zemaj, Enis Zemaj and Hasan Zemaj are and remain constant examples of homeland love and courage, and inspiration for us and for every generation that will build free and fair Kosovo”, Abdjiku has written among others.

Today, at Strellc in Decani, we remembered with honor and pride the life and work of Colonel Tahir Zemaj on the 22nd anniversary of his murder with his son Enis and Youth Forum Chairman in Decan, Hasan Zemaj.
Colonel Tahir Zemaj was the incarnation of courage and unity. A dedicated military and unique strategist, he led glorious battles in Dukagjin, giving Kosovo the most worthy example of a rescuer. From the battle of Loxha to its unstoppable efforts for unity and justice, Tahir Zemaj's figure stands as an icon of resistance against Serb oppression and as a stride that shone the road towards liberation. As Kosovo's first hour activist and close associate of historic President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, Colonel Zemaj, was an example of firm determination in exalting the principles of freedom, democracy and national unity.
Tragically, on January 4, 2003, this guiding light was extinguished by a treacherous hand. For Tahiri, Enis and Hasan, the war ended in 1999, but their Maccabre killing reminds us that freedom requires not only sacrifice but also justice. This great loss remains a severe and open wound to all of us because their departure in peacetime is evidence of the unfinished battle for justice against our country's great patriots.
So the bright future we work for can never be built without respecting our glorious past, and every step of ours ahead must honor the sacrifice of those who gave everything for our freedom. Colonel Tahir Zemaj, Enis Zemaj and Hasan Zemaj are and remain constant examples of homeland love and courage, and inspiration for us and for any generation that will build free and fair Kosovo.
Glory forever to life and their work for the freedom and independence of Kosovo! )
