According to the prosecution's announcement, defendants M.M., N.U., S.S., and N.K., until the 2004.2024, without authorisation, have deliberately owned or distributed, or offered for sale substances or paraparats that have been declared by law as narcotics, in a way that after the narcotic substance provided by the Republic of Albania, the same had been hidden in the Greek village of Greoc Komun of Suhareka, at the home of the S.S.C., at <x8> Martyrs”
