According to the indictment “defendant V.S., November 7, 2024, about 14th, on the road, the exiles of Gjilan”, in Gjilan, deliberately, because of a physical conflict that took place two years ago, had deprived the deceased S.O.D. of life, in a way that as long as the deceased was entering the car, approaches and shoots him in the back of the back of the back, when he falls down on the ground and kicks off and then with the defendant. With these actions, the defendant V.S. has committed a major criminal offence -- from Article 173 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). While the defendant F.M., from November 7th to November 12th, 2024, at various locations in Gjilan, has deliberately helped defendant V.S., in hiding from the head of the heavy murder criminal offense, with what he has committed the criminal act of helping officers after carrying out criminal acts, by Article 380 of KPRK.
