20 years in prison against accused of market murder in Mitrovica

The indictment was announced Friday by the court of the case, Raima Elezi, reports “Justice Trust“.

In addition to the case of accused Aslan, the Court had accepted eight other cases of criminal nature at the Randa Crime Department.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, on October 28, 2021, had filed charges against Shefki Asllani, with the reasoning that he committed criminal work “grave murder” by Article 173, par.1, points 1.5 of the Penal Code.
