Security expert, sir. Burim Ramadani, breaking the American position at yesterday's UN Security Council session, says the American stance is this: Ramadan's complete writing: The US officially appoints the group of Serbs who attacked Banjska on 24 September. You doubt that Radojicic. [...]
Ramadan's complete writing:
The US officially appoints the group of Serbs who attacked Banjska on 24 September.
You doubt that Radojicic is the leader of the First-Military Group.
American Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Grenfield last night clearly said at the UN's KS, among other things:
The United States reiterates our sentence for co-ordinated, violent Serbian paramilitary attacks on the Kosovo Police near the Banjska Monastery on 24 September, which resulted in the tragic death of a Kosovo police sergeant.
Four months have passed since this attack, and Serbia has not yet called for account from those involved in its planning and execution. Indeed, the self-declared leader of the attack remains at large in Serbia.”, the US ambassador to the UN said.
The classification of an attack, a group or authors, is extremely important work. Such is the classification of this group as Pryse-MILITAR.
Here in our Kosovo, many were reluctant to classify it this way. Maybe for lack of knowledge, maybe for lack of experience, or institutional trust.
For your knowledge,
Pre-Military group can do terrorist acts, such as the one in Banjska, but not necessarily on other occasions.
But even when it does not commit terrorist acts, classifying a group as the Pre-Militarian Group is a very important stage, connecting the Group with the current state, in this case Serbia.
Because, the Pre-Ushtak Group cannot have someone who doesn't have armies, but only the one who uses the Pre-Ustarak Group as a replacement for use of the Army.
Whether in attacks or in control of terrorists or other missions.
So institutionally, it's more important to rank as the Pre-Storish Group than the Terrorist Group.
While, in naming Milan Radojicicik as the self-declared leader”, this is the most interesting point of this part.
It simply means that the U.S. does not take as good or as undisputed leadership of the group by Radojqi.
So you can say the “I did”, but you need to investigate “who's the one who ordered you”, so “who's the real leader of the Pre-Ushtak Group?”
