The candidate for MP from the AAK ranks, Lahi Brahimaj, has met fellow fighters and his fellow villagers in the village of Jablanica, where he was born and grew up.
He says that a new oath was witnessed tonight in that tower when the oath of freedom was once heard.
Our beloved Jablanica is the place where every plateau preserves history of heroism. Here I was born, grew up, and learned the most precious values of life - loyalty, bravery, and homeland. In this unbreakable hearth of resistance, each family holds on its chest the plague of sacrifice every family has at least one witness that gave its life for Kosovo's freedom at different times.
Tonight at the tower where we once, as arms brothers, planned our way to freedom I proudly waited for my fellow warriors and my fellow villagers. These walls that once heard our oath of freedom tonight witnessed a new oath of”.
Brahimaj says he was taken by emotion when he saw that those who stayed close to him in the most difficult days today give him their full trust and support for a new battle of representation of their voice in the Kosovo Assembly.
In war yesterday and today in peace, my oath remains the same: to serve my people with dedication and to work incessantly for a better Kosovo for all.
