The Vetevendosje movement has filed complaints with the Supreme Court against the PZAP decision that ordered the CEC to certified the Serbian List for the February 9th elections.
The complaint has been delivered to the Supreme by Deputy Justice Minister Blerim Saqu, writes EO.
On December 25th, The PZAP approved the Serbian List's complaint to the CEC's decision not to certified it.
In line with this mechanism, the Serbian List with its application to participate in the February 9th elections has met all required legal criteria.
CEC member of LVV's ranks Sami Kurteshi said on Thursday they would not complain to the Supreme, for according to him she would have the same reasoning on the matter.
