Vuciq: If Iber-Lepenc attack chief is in Serbia, he will be arrested in a second

Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, said Belgrade is ready to co-operate in conducting an investigation with all international organisations and institutions concerning the explosion in the Iber-Lepenci water channel in Zubin Potok, Kosovo. If it is performed by someone who is of Serbian nationality, and it is in [...]
“If [exploration] was carried out by anyone who is of Serbian nationality, and he is on the territory under which Serbia has effective control, he will be banned and arrested per second. So far, we have no such information”, Vuciq told reporters in Belgrade.
He said Serbia is willing to co-operate in line with the Brussels Agreement and in some ways even with institutions in Pristina, without endangering Serbia's sovereignty and independence.
Vuciq said the least important is who the author is, and the most important is who stands behind the blast, rejecting the possibility of Russia behind it.
The blast occurred on November 29th in the village of Varrag in Zubin Potok municipality of Serb majority in the country's north.
Kosovo police have said the attack has been carried out with explosives up to 20kg.
The Iber-Lepenc Canal supplies water from Weyman Lake all over Kosovo's north, Mitrovica regions, Pristina with the district, as well as the Kosovo Energy Corporation for cooling its thermoelectrics.
Authorities in Kosovo have blamed Serbia for the attack, but Belgrade has denied involvement.
The attack on Zubin Potok has been strongly condemned by the international factor. / REL
