The families are for the Prime Minister's wedding, or maybe you forgot?
The latest <x0mes on the CoSTT Board of Directors, with Lumniye Zeka, wife of the Minister of Infrastructure, Libron Aliu, and Gezim Tosun, grandson of Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, are another inexorable testimony to clienteleism and nepotism that is damaging everything in our state. These appointments are not only an outright damage to democracy, but are destroying one of the most important and professional agencies Kosovo has ever had. COST”, he added.
Azemi said “K O STT was one of the most successful and excellent agencies until power introduced non-professional people to lead it”.
Even with these jobs today, this institution is becoming a political tool for reward of family and party ties, putting its mission at risk and the integrity of the energy sector in Kosovo. To appoint individuals who are closely associated with representatives of power is a move that only undermines citizens' trust and turns this institution from a professional model to a scene of pure clientism”, he wrote.
Azemi said that “Kosovo needs an urgent change”.
There is a need for institutions that serve citizens rather than power, for independent, capable and impartial institutions. Change is coming. On February 9th, citizens must choose the” change.
