Ilir Abdullah is the new defendant in the murder case of former police officer Triumf Riza.
“Justice Vow” has reported that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has confirmed the Special Prosecution Act to Ilir Abdullah.
The latter is charged with co-operating with Arben Berisha, Fitim Avdiun, Enver Sekiraqun and Beating Abdullah, have killed former police officer Triumf Riza.
On September 18 of this year, Abdullah had appeared in court in his initial examination. In this case he was declared innocent.
