(2 years ago)The Special Court has filed yesterday's new indictment against former president of the country, Hashim Thaci, after allegedly joining the Smakajan Union, Isni Chiljan, Fadil Fazliu and Hajredin Kuchin, influenced the witnesses. Thaci is expected to appear at the Special Court tomorrow to show whether he feels guilty or not for [the] indictment....

According to the Clan, the first to appear at the courtroom will be exactly Thaci, first from 09:30, and according to her, Thaci's presentation is expected to last from 45 minutes to one hour.
The Special Act says Thaci “gave Mr. Smaj, Mr. Kilaj, Mr. Fazliu and Mr. Kuci confidential information about SPS witnesses, instructions to influence the evidence of SPS witnesses and details about how they should do this”.
