They are now calling on the State Attorney and Court to act urgently to address this situation.
Public Reaction:
Two months from Kosovo Telekom account dead
It has been two months since Kosovo Telecom accounts have been blocked, creating an unacceptable and serious situation for workers and the very operation of this vital company for the country.
Telekom workers continue to be broke, what has caused major difficulties for their families. Meanwhile, the company's operational activity is deeply difficult, jeopardising basic services.
It is unacceptable that, despite the strategic importance of Kosovo Telecom, responsible institutions are not taking any concrete action to resolve this crisis. Silence and inaction are clear indications of alarming irresponsible towards one of the country's most important public enterprises.
We ask the State Attorney and the Court to act urgently to address this situation. The investigation and handling of this case must be the absolute priority to whitewash any legal violations that may have led to this impasse and guarantee justice for workers. Court decisions should be made with maximum efficiency in view of the great damage this situation is causing.
We call on all state institutions to respond immediately and take concrete measures to unlock Telekom's accounts. This is the only way to guarantee workers' rights, restore operational stability and protect public interest.
The solution to this situation has become unbearable!
