Tahiri was also asked about the KSF intervention in the north and whether a new co-operation protocol is needed. He has said that building relations with NATO should take place much faster, through the action plan for direct NATO membership, which, according to him, envisions the AAK.
As for the February 9th elections, AAK MP chief Tahiri has said he expects opposition parties to win the electoral race, adding that forming the future government will not be an easy process.
I expect a result that will surprise all of Kosovo. I am convinced of this because I have been part of a four - year job but also of building this concept that has taken place in the Alliance. There is great disappointment for these four years. There is disappointment as the citizen is poorer, more uncertain, and the economy is weaker. The hope that has grown with the option altogether and right has remained only for LVV members, not for Kosovo citizens. I expect opposition parties to win the election race. I expect a negotiation process not easy to make the government. This will be seen. It wasn't easy after February 9th to form the government... Vetevendosje Movement does not win the elections.
