Tahiri demands Ferit Idriz's resignation: You are unworthy of the mayor of Vushtrri

In a harsh statement, Tahiri has said Idrizi has deliberately decided the Assembly of the Communists, assemblyists and citizens in question of municipal property management.

According to Tahiri, Idrizi has ignored legal obligations requiring public consultations and manipulated legal processes to favour his interests.

“Fer Idrizi is unworthy to lead the Wushtrrit municipality. He has manipulated the Communist Assembly and citizens, forming commissions and presenting proposals without respecting the Law for Local Self-Government,” has said Tahiri.

Before he stopped contracting and announced public calls, he was obliged to hold public consultations with citizens, but he did not, because he acted manipulatively. ”

Tahiri has also said that Idrizi has deceived the Parliament and citizens even in connection with the Economic Zone in Lu Big. This project, deemed legitimate by the Ministry of Management of Local Power (MAPL) and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade (MINT) in 2021, was accompanied by false accusations by Idriz and Shqitim Fadij.

The criminal accusation against Tahiri has been rejected by the Special Prosecutor, who has found there has been no legal offense.

“Freer and Rescue continue to try to get the project back to zero, seeking to get it into the hands of their friends. This has also brought indictments against the Vushtrri municipality, and the financial damage that could be caused could reach millions of euros,” wrote Tahiri on Facebook.

He points out that the loss of four years spent on the Economic Zone and the failure to create 800 jobs are the result of sabotages and slanders committed by Idriz and Fadij.

“Finally, the Special Prosecutor rejected their claims as groundless,” said Tahiri.

Tahiri has also mentioned that he has remained silent so far, wanting citizens themselves to understand Ferit Idriz's manipulations.

He has thanked the Council of Lower Stanoc Village for the rapid reaction and has stressed that he has always been co-ordinated with them to support the righteous attitude of citizens.

“The citizens of Vushtrri were more deserving, and now it is time for Ferit Idriz to resign,” has ended Tahiri.
